§ 28-39-39 Reservation of legislativecontrol. – All the rights, privileges, or immunities conferred by chapters 39 – 41 ofthis title, or by acts done pursuant to these chapters, shall exist subject tothe power of the general assembly to amend or repeal these chapters at any time.
