§ 28-39-37 - Functions of treasurer and director of administration.

SECTION 28-39-37

   § 28-39-37  Functions of treasurer anddirector of administration. – The general treasurer and the state director of administration shall have thesame powers and duties with relation to chapters 39 – 41 of this title asthey respectively have to chapters 42 – 44 of this title.
