§ 28-39-30 - Prosecution of actions for penalties.

SECTION 28-39-30

   § 28-39-30  Prosecution of actions forpenalties. – The director shall be the party complainant to any complaint and warrantbrought to invoke the penalties provided for in §§ 28-39-23 –28-39-32 and the director shall be exempt from giving surety for costs in anyaction.
