§ 28-39-21 - Denial of requests for information from employment reports.

SECTION 28-39-21

   § 28-39-21  Denial of requests forinformation from employment reports. – Every request for information directed to the director shall be denied if therequest would necessitate that individual to divulge any information that isdeclared in § 28-42-38 to be held confidential by the director.
