§ 28-37-25 Suspension of certification ofemployer. – If any certified employer violates any of the provisions of this chapter or anyof the rules or regulations promulgated by the director of labor and training,the director of labor and training may suspend the privilege of that certifiedemployer to make workers' compensation payments directly to his or her or itsemployees, in accordance with § 28-36-1.
