§ 28-35-48 - Medical report on ability to return to work.

SECTION 28-35-48

   § 28-35-48  Medical report on ability toreturn to work. – Where the notice of intention to discontinue, suspend, or reduce payments ofcompensation alleges that the employee is able to return to work, the noticeshall be supported by a report of a treating physician.
