§ 28-35-18 Hearings by compensationagencies of other states or territories. The workers' compensation court may also arrange to have hearings held by theworkers' compensation court officer or tribunal having authority to hear casesarising under the workers' compensation law of any other state, of the Districtof Columbia, or of any territory of the United States, the testimony andproceedings at any this hearing to be reported to the workers' compensationcourt and to be part of the record in the case. Any evidence so taken shall besubject to rebuttal upon final hearing before the workers' compensation court.
