§ 28-33-41.1 Review of rehabilitativeprogram upon request or petition by employer. – An employer may petition the workers' compensation court for a review, to beperformed at the Donley Rehabilitation Center, of any injured employee'sprogress toward rehabilitation. After that review, the Donley RehabilitationCenter shall report to the court on the effectiveness of the presentrehabilitative program that the employee is undertaking and the injuredemployee's ability to return to employment.
