§ 28-33-31 Contents of notice to employer.– Notice as required by § 28-33-30 shall be in writing and shall state inordinary language the nature, time, place, and cause of the injury, and thename and address of the person injured, and shall be signed by the injuredperson, or by a person in his or her behalf, or, in the event of his or herdeath, by his or her legal representative, or by a person in behalf of either.
