§ 28-33-30 - Time for notice of injury to employer.

SECTION 28-33-30

   § 28-33-30  Time for notice of injury toemployer. – No proceedings for compensation for an injury under chapters 29 – 38 ofthis title shall be maintained unless a notice of the injury has been given tothe employer within thirty (30) days after the happening or manifestation ofthe injury.
