§ 28-31.1-3 - Payments into fund by agencies.

SECTION 28-31.1-3

   § 28-31.1-3  Payments into fund byagencies. – For the purposes of administering §§ 28-31-4 and 28-31.1-1(b), eachstate agency shall annually make payments to the state employees' compensationfund as determined by the department of administration.
