§ 28-29-29 Severability. – If any section of chapters 29 – 38 of this title is declaredunconstitutional or invalid, that unconstitutionality or invalidity shall in noway affect the validity of any other portion of it which can be givenreasonable effect without the part declared unconstitutional or invalid.
