§ 28-26-6 - Authorized types of machinery specified to licensees.

SECTION 28-26-6

   § 28-26-6  Authorized types of machineryspecified to licensees. – Licenses issued under this chapter shall specify the types of equipment whichthe holder is authorized to operate. The board shall promulgate rules andregulations which specify types of licenses.
