§ 28-2-10 - Exemption of temporarily unemployed and students.

SECTION 28-2-10

   § 28-2-10  Exemption of temporarilyunemployed and students. – The provisions of this chapter do not apply to persons temporarily unemployedby reason of differences with their employers, to bona fide students during theschool term, or to persons preparing themselves to engage in trade orindustrial pursuits.
