§ 28-18-5.4 - Contractor's permit fees.

SECTION 28-18-5.4

   § 28-18-5.4  Contractor's permit fees.– An annual fee of one hundred twenty dollars ($120) shall be paid to thedirector of labor and training for a contractor's permit. The proceeds derivedunder the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited as general revenues.
