§ 28-15-7 - Effect of assignment.

SECTION 28-15-7

   § 28-15-7  Effect of assignment. – An assignment of future earnings or wages made in accordance with all of theprovisions of this chapter shall bind all wages earned by the assignor withinthe period named in the assignment.
