§ 28-15-4 - Copy delivered to assignor.

SECTION 28-15-4

   § 28-15-4  Copy delivered to assignor.– No assignment of future earnings or wages shall be valid unless a copy of it isdelivered to the assignor at the date of the execution of the assignment.
