SECTION 28-11-4
§ 28-11-4 Penalty for violations by streetrailways. – Any street railway corporation violating any of the provisions of §§28-11-2 and 28-11-3 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) normore than five hundred dollars ($500), one-half ( 1/2) of that amount to theuse of the complainant and the other one-half ( 1/2) to the use of the state.
