§ 27-9-6 Contracts as to commissions orcompensation. – Nothing in §§ 27-9-4 and 27-9-5 or in this chapter shall abridge orrestrict the freedom of contract between insurers and insurance producers withrespect to commissions or between insurers and their employees or other personswith respect to compensation for goods or services.
