§ 27-9-21 Filed schedules and plans not tobe disapproved if rates meet requirements. – No manual of classifications, rules, rating plan, or any modification of any ofthese which establishes standards for measuring variations in hazards orexpense provisions, or both, and which has been filed pursuant to therequirements of §§ 27-9-7 – 27-9-15, shall be disapproved if therates produced by it meet the requirements of this chapter.
