§ 27-9-16 Disapproval of filing withinwaiting period. – If, within the waiting period or any extension of it as provided in §27-9-10, the commissioner finds that a filing does not meet the requirements ofthis chapter, the commissioner shall send to the insurer or rating organizationwhich made the filing written notice of disapproval of the filing specifying inthe notice in what respects he or she finds the filing fails to meet therequirements of this chapter and stating that the filing shall not becomeeffective.
