§ 27-9-13 - Approval of rates in excess of those filed.

SECTION 27-9-13

   § 27-9-13  Approval of rates in excess ofthose filed. – Upon the written consent of the insured, stating his or her reasons, filed withand approved by the commissioner, a rate in excess of that provided by anapplicable filing may be used on any specific risk.
