§ 27-73-1 Title and purpose. – (a) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Rhode Island PublicSchool Employee Uniform Benefit Act."
(b) The purpose of this chapter is to create uniform medicaland prescription drug benefit plan designs for Rhode Island school district andcharter school employees.
