§ 27-7-5 Information to injured party.– Any insurance company doing business in this state shall reveal to an injuredparty making a claim against an insured the amount of the limits of liabilitycoverage upon receiving a request in writing for that information from theinjured party or his or her attorney. A reply shall be made within fourteen(14) days of receiving the request.
