§ 27-7.1-8.1 Services of advisoryorganizations. – (a) No advisory organization shall provide any service relating to the ratessubject to this chapter, and no insurer shall utilize the services of thatorganization for those purposes, unless the organization has obtained a licensepursuant to § 27-9-22.
(b) No advisory organization shall refuse to supply anyservices for which it is licensed in this state to any insurer authorized to dobusiness in this state and offering to pay the fair and usual compensation forthe services.
