§ 27-7.1-7.1 Information to be furnishedinsureds. – Every advisory organization and every insurer shall, within a reasonable timeafter receiving a written request, furnish to any insured affected by a ratemade by the insurer, or the authorized representative of the insured, allpertinent information as to that rate.
