§ 27-7.1-13.1 False or misleadinginformation. – No person, firm, corporation, association, or organization shall willfullywithhold information that will affect the rates or premiums chargeable underthis chapter or knowingly give false or misleading information to the director,any statistical agency or advisory organization designed by the director or anyinsurer.
