§ 27-66-16 Powers and duties of the board.– The board is vested with full power, authority, and jurisdiction over thefoundation and may perform all acts necessary or convenient in the exercise ofany power, authority, or jurisdiction over the foundation; including the powerto intervene in any cy pres proceeding involving the transfer of proceeds fromhealth care conversion in order to seek their transfer to the foundation, or asan amicus curiae.
