§ 27-61-6 Insurance protocols for subjectsof abuse. – Insurers shall develop and adhere to written policies specifying procedures tobe followed by employees, contractors, producers, agents and brokers for thepurpose of protecting the safety and privacy of a subject of abuse andimplement the provisions of this chapter when taking an application,investigating a claim, pursuing subrogation or taking any other action relatingto a policy or claim involving a subject of abuse.
