§ 27-6-47 Penalty for violations. –Any person or organization willfully violating any provision of this chaptershall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) andnot more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each violation. That penalty maybe in addition to any other penalty provided by law.
