§ 27-6-17 Notice of disapproval withinwaiting period. – If, within the waiting period or any extension, as provided in § 27-6-11,the commissioner finds that a filing does not meet the requirements of thischapter, the commissioner shall send to the insurer or rating organizationwhich made that filing written notice of disapproval of that filing specifyingin what respects he or she finds that filing fails to meet the requirements ofthis chapter and stating that that filing shall not become effective.
