§ 27-57-2 Notice provided to obligors ofinterception of insurance settlements. – In any case where the department of administration, division of taxation, childsupport enforcement unit has intercepted an insurance payment, the departmentshall notify the obligor parent of this action upon crediting the obligor'saccount.
