§ 27-50-16 Risk adjustment mechanism.– The director may establish a payment mechanism to adjust for the amount of riskcovered by each small employer carrier. The director may appoint an advisorycommittee composed of individuals that have risk adjustment and actuarialexpertise to help establish the risk adjusters.
