§ 27-5-3.5 Earthquake coverage endorsementfor property insurance. – Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all insurancecompanies authorized to provide condominium unit owner's, tenant's, orhomeowner's insurance on owner-occupied, one to four (4) unit dwellings in thisstate shall, in connection with that insurance, make available to any insuredpurchasing a policy, at the insured's option, earthquake coverage. The premiumamount and deductible amount for the earthquake coverage shall be shownseparately on the declarations page of the policy.
