§ 27-5-29 Statement on policy as tosurplus and reserve funds. – Every policy issued by a company which has constituted and set apart a guarantysurplus and special reserve fund under §§ 27-5-15 – 27-5-31, orany prior law of this state, shall have printed on the policy by the company astatement that the policy is issued under and in pursuance of the laws of thestate of Rhode Island relating to guaranty surplus and special reserve funds,and every policy shall be deemed to have been issued and received subject tothe provisions of this chapter.
