§ 27-5-10 Penalty for nonconforming policy– Validity. – Any insurance company or insurance producer who shall make, issue, or deliver apolicy of fire insurance in willful violation of §§ 27-5-1 –27-5-9, or any part of those sections, shall forfeit for each offense not lessthan fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200); but thepolicy shall be binding upon the company issuing it.
