§ 27-46-1 Purpose. – The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the formation and/or operation ofrisk retention groups and purchasing groups in this state formed pursuant tothe provisions of 15 U.S.C. § 3901 et seq., to the extent permitted bythat law.
