§ 27-44-22 Severability. – If any provisions of this chapter, or the application of the provisions to anyperson or circumstances, are held invalid, the remainder of the chapter, andthe application of the provisions to persons or circumstances other than thoseto which it is held invalid, shall not be affected by that invalidity.
