§ 27-41-67 Determination of maximumcoverage limitation for prescription drug benefits. – The calculation of subscriber maximum coverage limitations for prescriptiondrug coverage shall be based upon the actual cost incurred by the healthmaintenance organization for the purchase of the covered prescription drug.
