§ 27-41-60 Prostate and colorectalexaminations – Coverage mandated. – Subscribers to any health maintenance organization plan shall be affordedcoverage under that plan for prostate and colorectal examinations andlaboratory tests for cancer for any nonsymptomatic person covered under thepolicy or contract, in accordance with the current American cancer societyguidelines.
