§ 27-41-11 Complaint system. (a) Every health maintenance organization shall establish and maintain acomplaint system that has been approved by the director after consultation withthe director of health to provide reasonable procedures for the resolution ofwritten complaints initiated by enrollees concerning health care services.
(b) The health maintenance organization shall maintainrecords of written complaints filed with it.
(c) The director of business regulation and/or the directorof health may examine any complaint system.
