§ 27-4-4 - Penalty for unlawful discrimination.

SECTION 27-4-4

   § 27-4-4  Penalty for unlawfuldiscrimination. – Any life insurance company, and any officer or agent of any life insurancecompany, violating any of the provisions of §§ 27-4-1 and 27-4-3shall be subject to penalties determined in accordance with § 42-14-16.
