§ 27-33-4 Creation of fund. – There is created a fund to be known as the "federal riot reinsurancereimbursement fund," referred to in this chapter as "the fund," which shall beoperated under the joint control of the general treasurer and the director ofbusiness regulation. The fund shall consist of all of the payments made to thefund by insurers in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The taxadministrator shall have the same power to enforce the collection of theassessments provided under this chapter as any other obligations due the state.
