§ 27-32-9 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or application of it to any person orcircumstance is held invalid, this invalidity shall not affect other provisionsor applications of the chapter, which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter aredeclared severable.
