§ 27-3-42 Surplus line broker's fee.– No license or renewal of a license to act as a surplus line broker shall beissued under §§ 27-3-38 and 27-3-39 until there has been paid to theinsurance commissioner, for the use of the state, a fee of fifty dollars($50.00).
