§ 27-29-4.3 Refusal to issue policy due tononoccupancy. – No insurance company authorized to do business in this state shall refuse toissue or charge an increased premium for a standard fire insurance policy foran occupied dwelling solely because of the fact that the building has formerlybeen unoccupied or vacant.
