§ 27-29.1-2 Requirement for availabilityand accessibility of pharmacy services. – In accordance with § 23-17.13-3, an insurer must demonstrate to thedirector of health the willingness and potential ability to assure thatpharmacy services will be provided in a manner to assure both availability andaccessibility of adequate personnel and facilities and in a manner enhancingavailability, accessibility, and continuity of service.
