§ 27-20-21 Nonprofit medical servicecorporation assessment. – (a) Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, each domestic nonprofitmedical service corporation shall be charged an assessment to partially supportthe activities of the division of insurance in the department of businessregulations.
(b) The minimum assessment charged shall be one thousanddollars ($1,000).
