§ 27-20.6-3 Reimbursement. – Each primary insurer, to the extent of its contractual liability, shallreimburse any other insurer any amounts actually paid by the other insurer forhealth care services rendered; provided, no insurer shall reimburse for anybenefit or coverages in excess of those specified in the contract.
