§ 27-20.6-2 Coordination of information.– Every insurer issuing contracts for health care coverage which contain aprovision for the coordination of benefits shall exchange information withrespect to those contracts with other insurers as may be necessary tocoordinate benefits in order to avoid duplication of payments for the samehealth care services rendered.
